By accessing or using StockWise AI at stockwise.life, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

StockWise AI is a kitchen management application that uses artificial intelligence to help users track food inventory, reduce waste, generate meal suggestions, plan weekly meals, track nutrition, and manage household shopping lists. The service is available as a free plan and a paid Pro subscription.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use StockWise AI. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at [email protected].

4. Subscriptions and Payments

StockWise AI offers a free plan and a Pro subscription at $4.99/month or $39.99/year. Pro features include unlimited AI scanning, weekly meal planning, waste analytics, household sharing, and smart shopping list generation.

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time; Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Household member add-ons are billed at $1/month per additional member beyond the first free slot.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Referral Program

Pro users may share a unique referral link. Invited users who sign up receive a 7-day free Pro trial. Referral rewards and trial terms may be modified at our discretion with reasonable notice. Abuse of the referral system (e.g., self-referral, fraudulent accounts) will result in account termination.

6. AI-Generated Content

Meal suggestions, nutrition estimates, and shopping lists are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They should not be considered professional dietary, medical, or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health-related decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trial or referral benefits.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of StockWise AI — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by StockWise AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

StockWise AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StockWise AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
